Yoga Any Time: A One-Minute Routine!

Today's quick little video is a yoga routine you can do anywhere, anytime, and it's particularly good for all of us who spend a whole lot of time typing or working with our hands!

Often, our wrists, hands and fingers get tight and sore from our everyday work. Most often, it is our connective tissues that get tight, and so gentle, consistent movement that stretches and stimulates this connective tissue does wonders in relieving all kinds of pains - from the most minor tension to things like carpal tunnel syndrome.
