Expanded Yoga and Pilates Schedule - Beginning 1 May!

You ask, you receive!

Over the last four months we've received some amazing feedback from all of you! You wanted more classes at lunchtime, some later evening classes and some early morning ones too!

With Katia and Sylvia ready to teach, and Jenifer adding a couple more classes to her schedule, we are able to provide!

With six more classes than before - 20 each week - you have more options than ever. This new schedule begins Wednesday, 1 May - see you around!
